POLICIES & PROCEDURES

The processing time is 2-3 days per order. 

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed. 

A tracking confirmation email (or sms message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once your order has been completed there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES to an order.

*If you request to change anything on a completed order, your order will be immediately cancelled.*

The shipping and billing address must match. This ensures that the order will make it past our automated fraud security system as well as processed and shipped in a timely manner.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If an order or individual item is cancelled please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your card. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

All orders are insured. In the event that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier. Please contact UPS directly to start the claim process. (www.ups.com)
